Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice with mashed avocado, a squeeze of lime, and a pinch of salt to make the creamy avocado rice.
- Slice the grilled chicken and layer it over a bed of avocado rice on serving plates.
- Garnish with cilantro, lime wedges, and additional avocado slices. Serve immediately.
