Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 servings of ramen noodles
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste or sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Green onions and soft boiled eggs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, chili paste, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Add cooked chicken back into the broth. Stir well to combine.
  5. Divide noodles into bowls, ladle hot broth and chicken on top. Garnish with chopped green onions and soft boiled eggs.
