- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 servings of ramen noodles
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste or sriracha
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Green onions and soft boiled eggs for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, chili paste, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Add cooked chicken back into the broth. Stir well to combine.
- Divide noodles into bowls, ladle hot broth and chicken on top. Garnish with chopped green onions and soft boiled eggs.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by varying chili paste or sriracha quantity.
- For a creamier broth, add a splash more heavy cream or butter.
- Best served immediately while hot and flavorful.
