Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Spread softened cream cheese evenly over the pastry.
- In a bowl, combine cranberries, honey, and vanilla. Spread mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Roll up the pastry tightly from the short end, sealing the edge with beaten egg.
- Cut into 1-inch slices and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
