  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  3. Lay out the low-carb tortillas or lettuce wraps. Divide the beef and vegetable mixture evenly among them. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each filling package.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling. For extra crispiness, pan-fry the rolls in a skillet with a little olive oil until golden brown on all sides, or bake them in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes.
