Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant and translucent.
- Add ground beef; cook until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, dried basil, and oregano. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add orzo pasta and heavy cream; stir well.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes, or until orzo is tender and sauce has thickened.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
