- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss chicken strips with half of the sweet chili sauce and set aside.
- In another bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Add Brussels sprouts around the chicken or in a separate tray and cook for an additional 10 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
- In the last 2 minutes, brush the chicken with remaining sweet chili sauce for a glossy finish.
