- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and garlic; sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add asparagus and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender but crisp.
- Return shrimp to the skillet, add lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
