Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute to create a roux.
- Gradually whisk in milk, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Add shredded cheddar, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese melts and sauce is smooth.
- Stir in honey BBQ sauce into the cheese sauce.
- Add cooked macaroni and sliced grilled chicken into the sauce. Mix well until coated evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley for color and freshness.
