Instructions
- Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium rare, or adjust according to your desired doneness.
- Reduce heat to low and add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Once the butter melts, spoon garlic butter over the steaks continuously, allowing flavors to meld.
- Transfer steaks to a plate, let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley and herbs if desired.
