Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, toss sliced apples with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Transfer to a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the streusel evenly over the apples.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until topping is golden brown and apples are bubbly.

- You can substitute gluten-free flour and oats for a gluten-free version.
