- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- Chopped green onions and additional cheese for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and garlic; cook until softened.
- Pour in beef broth and add diced potatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream until melted and smooth.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, and extra cheese.
