- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Celery sticks and tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream cheese, buffalo hot sauce, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese. Stir until well mixed.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese and blue cheese crumbles, if using.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from oven, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot with celery sticks and tortilla chips.
Notes
- Adjust hot sauce to spice preference.
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
- Can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving.
