Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy in a skillet or oven, then drain on paper towels and set aside.

- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. Toast in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
- Layer cheese, bacon, scrambled eggs, and more cheese between two bread slices. Top with the second slice, butter side up.
- Cook the assembled sandwich in a skillet over medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy and cheese melts, pressing gently with a spatula.
