  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 12 sliders

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 mini slider buns or dinner rolls
  • 8 slices of crispy bacon
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage (optional)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Butter or cooking spray for the skillet

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside.
  2. In a greased skillet over medium heat, scramble the eggs until just set. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Cook the bacon until crispy—either in a skillet or in the oven. Drain on paper towels and chop into small pieces.
  4. Slice the slider buns in half. Layer the bottom halves with scrambled eggs, bacon, and shredded cheese. Add cooked sausage if desired.
  5. Top with the upper halves of the buns and place in a baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and buns are slightly toasted. Alternatively, reheat in an air fryer for crispy results.

Notes

  • Allow the sliders to cool completely before storing to prevent sogginess.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Reheat in the microwave or oven for best texture.
  • Customize with different cheeses or add vegetables like tomatoes or avocados.
