Ingredients
Scale
- 12 mini slider buns or dinner rolls
- 8 slices of crispy bacon
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage (optional)
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Butter or cooking spray for the skillet
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside.
- In a greased skillet over medium heat, scramble the eggs until just set. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Cook the bacon until crispy—either in a skillet or in the oven. Drain on paper towels and chop into small pieces.
- Slice the slider buns in half. Layer the bottom halves with scrambled eggs, bacon, and shredded cheese. Add cooked sausage if desired.
- Top with the upper halves of the buns and place in a baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and buns are slightly toasted. Alternatively, reheat in an air fryer for crispy results.
Notes
- Allow the sliders to cool completely before storing to prevent sogginess.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Reheat in the microwave or oven for best texture.
- Customize with different cheeses or add vegetables like tomatoes or avocados.
