- 1 ripe avocado, sliced or mashed

- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or mozzarella)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional for extra creaminess)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for toasting bread
- Additional toppings: tomato slices, crispy bacon, or fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly coated and set aside.
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Slice or mash according to your preference. Add a pinch of salt and lemon juice to enhance flavor and prevent browning.
- Spread the chicken mixture on one side of a slice of bread. Top with slices of avocado and a sprinkle of shredded cheese. Add additional toppings if desired.
