Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add shredded chicken, salt, and pepper, and stir to coat. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, and parsley. Mix well to create the cheesy garlic sauce.
- Lay each tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of the cheesy garlic mixture in the center. Top with garlic chicken and optional toppings like sliced tomatoes or lettuce. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly.
- For crispy wraps, cook on a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side. Alternatively, bake wrapped in foil at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes.
Notes
- You can prepare the filling and assemble the wraps ahead of time. Store in refrigerator and reheat before serving.
