- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, panko, and chopped green onions.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and golden.
- Meanwhile, prepare the glaze by mixing soy sauce and honey in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Toss baked meatballs in the glaze or drizzle over before serving.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and extra green onions, serve hot.
Notes
- You can enhance spice level by adding more red pepper flakes.
- For a crispy finish, broil meatballs for an extra 2 minutes.
