- 4 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the corn kernels and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in honey, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
Notes
Feel free to add a pinch of smoked paprika or garlic powder for extra flavor. Can be made with frozen corn for convenience.
