Instructions
- Place peeled and sliced carrots into the slow cooker.
- Add maple syrup, brown sugar, butter, salt, and pepper on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until carrots are tender and glazed.
- Stir gently to coat all carrots in the glaze before serving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
- You can increase the sweetness by adding more brown sugar or maple syrup to taste.
- For a spiced variation, add a pinch of cinnamon or ginger during cooking.
