  • 1 cup (120 g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) maple syrup
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup (15 g) chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, maple syrup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  3. Meanwhile, cook bacon until crisp, then crumble into small pieces.
  4. Remove the dip from the oven, sprinkle with bacon crumbles and chopped chives. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
