Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wrap each mini sausage with half a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
- Place wrapped sausages on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush with brown sugar or sprinkle evenly over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until bacon is crispy and caramelized.
Notes
For extra sweetness, drizzle additional brown sugar or honey after baking. Serve hot for best flavor and texture.
