- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 oz noodles (rice or wheat-based)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, and oyster sauce; pour over chicken and stir well to coat.
- Stir in cooked noodles and toss to combine. Add cornstarch-water mixture to thicken the sauce slightly.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is coated and glossy.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli for extra crunch.
- Adjust honey and soy sauce for sweeter or saltier flavor.
