  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or fettuccine)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning and salt.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
