- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sliced red bell pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream, and stir in Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- You can adjust the Cajun seasoning to suit your spice preference.
- For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or red pepper flakes.
