- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to heat preference)
- 1 teaspoon honey

- 12 mini slider buns
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook chicken strips in a skillet over medium heat until golden and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey to create the spicy bang bang sauce.
- Once chicken is cooked, toss it in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Split slider buns and place a generous amount of spicy chicken on each bun.
- Top with chopped green onions and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately with side salads or chips for a complete meal.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat according to taste.
- You can add sliced cucumber or pickles for extra crunch.
- Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 hours before serving.
