Ingredients

- 2 cups pulled beef
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F (200C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares or circles as desired.
- Place a spoonful of pulled beef and cheese onto the center of each piece.
- Fold and seal the edges, pressing firmly.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for shine.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
Notes
- You can add caramelized onions or sautéed mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
