- 1 red bell pepper, sliced

- 2 cups shredded provolone or cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers; sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Remove vegetables from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add beef slices; cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Return vegetables to the skillet with beef; season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mixture and let melt for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice, garnished with chopped parsley.
