Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well to coat the beef evenly.
- Combine cooked noodles with the beef mixture, toss to combine and heat through.
