Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the beef over cooked rice, garnished with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and sliced cucumbers if desired.
Notes
- Adjust soy sauce and sugar to taste for sweeter or saltier flavor.
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes or sriracha sauce.
