- 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately with extra herbs and cheese if desired.

- For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream before serving.
