- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved or quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 tsp dried thyme

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the beef bites with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Place potatoes in the crockpot and toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add beef bites on top of potatoes.
- Mix minced garlic with melted butter and pour over the beef and potatoes.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until beef is tender and potatoes are crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
