- 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup diced avocado
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced lime and additional cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine tomato juice, lime juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add cooked shrimp, cucumber, avocado, red onion, and cilantro to the sauce, stirring gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve the cocktail in glasses or bowls garnished with lime slices and extra cilantro.
Notes
Feel free to add diced jalapenos for extra spice or substitute avocado with mango for a tropical twist. Best served chilled.
