Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Pour over the cooked turkey and simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
