Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions, then season with rice vinegar and let cool slightly.
- Spread a layer of rice in a baking dish.
- Mix cooked seafood with mayonnaise and sriracha, then layer over rice.
- Top with shredded cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
