- 1 package of puff pastry or pre-made pizza dough
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Optional: chopped fresh basil or oregano for added flavor
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare your workspace with all ingredients within reach.
- Lay puff pastry or pizza dough on a floured surface and roll into a thin rectangle.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella, followed by pepperoni slices and Parmesan cheese evenly over the dough. Add Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Carefully roll the dough from one long edge to form a tight log. Slice into 1-inch thick pieces.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Beat the egg and brush over each roll for a golden crust. Optional: sprinkle chopped basil or oregano.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Keep an eye to avoid over-baking.

- For extra protein, add cooked chicken or turkey slices inside the rolls.
