Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, season with paprika, salt, and pepper; cook until browned.
- Remove meat from skillet and set aside.
- Add remaining olive oil to the skillet; layer sliced potatoes in an even layer.
- Cook until golden and crispy, about 8-10 minutes per side.
- Return cooked meat to the skillet with potatoes, sprinkle with shredded cheese.
