- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Moroccan spice blend (ras el hanout)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil and Moroccan spice blend. Spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a small bowl, mix tahini and honey until smooth.
- Drizzle the tahini-honey sauce over the roasted cauliflower before serving. Garnish with chopped herbs if desired.
Notes
- You can add a sprinkle of chili flakes for extra heat.
- Serve with warm bread or rice for a complete meal.
