- 4 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or plant-based burger crumbles
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup diced pickles (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons sour cream (for serving)
- Olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
- Place one tortilla on the skillet and evenly spread half of the cooked burger and cheese over half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown and cheese melts, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Cut into wedges, garnish with pickles and cilantro, and serve with sour cream.

- Feel free to customize fillings with jalapenos, onions, or other toppings.
