- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into 1.5-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned.
- In a skillet, warm marinara sauce over medium heat.
- Add baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.

- Use fresh parsley for best flavor.
- You can also fry the meatballs instead of baking for a crispier texture.
- Serve over pasta, with crusty bread, or alongside a fresh salad.
