- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
- In the last few minutes of grilling, top each piece with salsa verde and shredded pepper jack cheese.
- Close the grill lid to melt the cheese, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Feel free to add chopped cilantro or sliced jalapenos for extra flavor.
