- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 sheet puff pastry or pizza dough
- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- Roll out puff pastry or pizza dough and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of cooked beef and cheeses in the center of each square.
- Fold dough over the filling to create a closed ball, sealing edges well.
- Brush each bomb with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
