Instructions
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Transfer to the slow cooker, add the beef, soy sauce, and cooked garlic butter mixture.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until beef is tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
