Instructions
- Set your slow cooker to low heat. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear beef pieces until browned, then transfer to the slow cooker.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour garlic butter mixture over beef in the slow cooker. Add salt, pepper, and herbs if using.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until beef is tender and flavorful.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
