- 2 cups roasted pumpkin, mashed

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add ground beef, cooking until browned and cooked through.
- Mix in roasted pumpkin, crushed tomatoes, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes to combine flavors.
- Serve sauce over cooked pasta, garnished with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.
Notes
You can substitute fresh pumpkin with canned pumpkin puree. Serve with your favorite pasta for a quick and satisfying meal.
