- 2 pounds beef stew meat, cubed
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cups beef broth

- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place beef stew meat in the slow cooker.
- Add carrots, potatoes, onion, garlic, seasonings, and broth.
- Stir well to combine.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
- Add peas during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve hot with crusty bread and garnished with fresh herbs.
