Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (gluten-free)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Form into 12 meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, and olive oil. Bring to a simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove meatballs from oven and drizzle with honey garlic sauce. Toss gently to coat.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the sauce for a spicy kick.
- You can pan-fry the meatballs instead of baking for a different texture.
