Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked ramen noodles
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Add bell peppers and carrots, stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss well to coat evenly.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through. Garnish with chopped green onions.
