Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For an extra crispy topping, sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
