Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix ground beef, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, mozzarella, and Parmesan in a bowl.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold pastry over the filling and seal edges.
- Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
