- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1 package (16 oz) potato gnocchi
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken chunks until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add gnocchi to the skillet and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, stir in Parmesan cheese, and cook until sauce thickens slightly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- You can add spinach or cherry tomatoes for extra flavor.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best taste.
